Plant and Machinery
Our machinery consisting of the Furnace which is from North Glass (Siemens Technology) with a bed size of 2050x5100mm, which can temper any glass from 4mm to 19mm. Our cutting facility is LISEC from Austria and the Insulating Plant eKANG of Korean origin, which can accommodate glass unit of 2440x1830mm.
Further, we are equipped with a range of edging machines that can provide Rough Grinding, MTG (Flat edge), Pencil Edging and Double Pencil Edging. Other equipment include hole drilling machines, cut out machines and water jet cutting machine for highly refined hole cutting and cut out. Hole drilling capability range from 6-22mm. Sealant Application for Insulated Glass is carried out by a semi-automatic Sealant applicator which ensures consistency of the Sealing process. We are equipped with automatic Frosting machine (Also known as Sand Blasting machine)

Gurind Accor, source the best materials from the region and our key suppliers include Saint Gobain, Guardian and Sisecam. World renowned suppliers have accredited our factory and Gurind Accor is an approved Plant for Major Glass Manufacturers such as Guardian, Sanit Gobain, Pilkington and Sisecam.
